pottery evening class details
Twelve week evening class course.
£168 including materials. 6:30pm -9pm
Next course of classes starts Thursday September 30th 2010
Evening classes start by going through the basic techniques of
pinch pots, coiling, slab building and tile making, you can also
experiment with slips and glazes to achieve different decorative
effects. When you have more of an idea of what you would like to
make help is given with design and techniques. Projects can be
as large as a set of 100 bathroom tiles or as small as a
porcelain gift tag. Courses are in blocks of ten weeks so you
can just do one block or carry on through the year.
Making pots is thirsty work, so tea and cake are provided!
